Free Components

Free components require no payment and therefore are not subject to refunds. You can use them freely in any project.

Pro Components & Templates

We offer refunds for Pro components and templates within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

• The refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• The component or template was not significantly modified from its original state.
• The refund is requested due to a genuine issue or dissatisfaction with the product.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at hello@stackyard.dev with your order details and the reason for your refund request. We typically process refunds within 3-5 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if we determine the request is not made in good faith, such as attempting to obtain a refund after substantially using or distributing the purchased content.
