Description of Service
Coming Soon provides a library of copy-paste React components and templates for building landing pages. We offer both free and paid (Pro) components.
User Accounts
Free components can be accessed without an account. Pro components require a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Purchases and Payments
All purchases of Pro components and templates are final. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Intellectual Property
All components and templates are owned by Coming Soon and are licensed to you under our License terms. You may not redistribute the source code as a standalone product.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or redistribute the components as a competing product, or interfere with the service's operation.
Limitation of Liability
Coming Soon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the components or templates.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Coming Soon operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
